The crowd here is living for the thrill of the competition, as much as for the chiseled figure of the athletes. Queer sports fans are delighted by this addition to the Chelsea bar scene that provides them with a haven where they can freely express their support for their favorite teams or let loose their inner cheerleader, in gay friendly environment.
You can even order chicken wings or nachos to munch on during halftime, while the bravest can kick some balls during intense pool games played in the back of the room. This bar has quickly become the favorite hangouts of Chelsea's Butch Queens and their admirers. Members of New York's Gay sports leagues are regular at this bar and like to drop by for a drink after a long evening of practice, such as the Volley Ball team who's usually there on Wednesday evenings.
