Krash
251 W 30th St.
New York, NY 10001
Originally born in Queens, this long running party enjoyed an incredibly successful 2 year residence in Chelsea at club Deep. Forced to move out in March 2007, the party struggled to find its new home, but it is now back bigger and better in the heart of Chelsea again, in the huge, multi-level club Rebel.
The cavernous venue holds 4 rooms across three floors, and conveys an edgy, underground atmosphere, with its decadent décor of chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, plush sofas and twirling lights against concrete walls.
It is the perfect setting for the Krash party, a thrilling, gender-bending fete, mixing pumping urban beats and a sizzling urban crowd.
There is something for everyone in this queer, Latino-themed, fun-house. Chiseled exotic dancers and lascivious go-go girls bump and grind across the dance floors; New York’s fiercest divas – the Caribbean princess Tyra Allure, and the legendary Jessica Foxx serve shows to entertain the kids.
The house floor plays the best of New York’s tribal sound, blended with some classics, spun by the resident DJ Glenn Friscia along with guests which include Mike Cruz, Meritt, DeMarko, Midnight Society… In the lower level are the hip-hop and latin floorsm each adding their own distinctive flavor to the party. With 4 rooms pulsating to their own beats, you can navigate all night long from one floor to the other, sampling the vibe from each party and checking out the sexy guys packed in every corner of the club.
The night usually turns into full blown runway battles, as DJ Glenn Friscia throws down some runway anthems and classic bitch tracks, which prompt all the children to gather in the middle of the floor and serve it.
The night is filled with action and fun, as an army of sexy exotic dancers take turn on the stage and behind the bar, while the fabulous divas Laritza Dumont and Tyra Allure perform for the children, delivering mesmerizing renditions of the latest club tunes, or simply gagging the crowd with their fierce runway moves. The dancers have very different looks, ranging from sexed-up Latino studs, to ripped chocolate muscle gods, and they are not afraid to go the extra miles to earn their tips, playing with themselves and teasing the crowd. There is something for all tastes and likings, including some very pretty scantily clad ladies who share the stage with the male dancers to please the straight kids and the lesbians in attendance.

The second home of the Queens born polysexual party, Deep provided a swanky setting to this night of no-holds barred revelry. From the late night vogueing battles under the Glenn Friscia's DJ Booth, to Anthony Lamont's manic squeals blasting through the club overpowering sound system, from the lewd gyrations of the hunky exotic dancers to the impeccable runway demonstrations of an unbothered Tyra Allure... Krash at Club Deep was a party to end all parties.
In Spring 2007, Krash enjoyed a brief stint at club shelter in Tribecca. In the move, the party lost its contingent of chelsea boy patrons, but drew a colorful crowd of Pier Queens and ballroom kids who would serve some intense runway and vogueing moves until the break of dawn.
In its 4th incarnation, Krash is now located in Stereo, New York's most succesful current gay venue. The ingredients that made Krash such a successful party arte still there: the sexiest male and female exotic dancers, outrageous shows by our favorite divas and a hard pounding mix of tribal house by resident DJ Glenn Friscia.
Club Rebel is the new playground for the multi-ethnic and poly-sexual crowd of revelers that keeps making Krash the hottest Friday night gay party in New York. Krash found its new home in this cavernous, multi-level club, offering many rooms, lounges and dark corners for everyone to dance to their favorite beats.
