Not only does this place sell an incredible array of sports nutrition supplement, minerals and vitamins, diet and energy pills, but it is also a health food restaurant specialized in organic Mediterranean cooking. Vegeterians and protein lovers alike will love the delicious selection of healthy dishes such as their excellent humus or Baba ghanouj platters, homemade falafel, baked tofu and broccoli pizza or their stuffed grape leaves. They also prepare fresh smoothies and protein shakes.

The atmosphere is quite unique, and the clientele is made of hardcore bodybuilders, gay muscle boys, vegetarian hippies and everything in between. The pictures hung on the walls of various celebrities that have frequented this place over the years are a testimony of the success and longevity of this amazing New York spot.
