Located in the theatre district, this large and popular lounge is a favorite destination for the boys of Hell's Kitchen and beyond. Whether you want to grab a bite or just sip on some cocktail after a Broadway show, Therapy has all the food, the booze and the eye candy to make you happy. The look of the place feels like a new age log cabin, with exposed brick walls, a fire place, sturdy wooden furniture and natural cedar trimmings. The drink menu is particularly enticing and the house cocktails bear such mouth watering names as Gender Bender, Oral Fixation, Size Queen, Freudian SIP, Psychotic Episode… The place offers comfortable sitting areas to relax among friends, as well as nice large communal tables perfect for mingling with other patrons. Every evening, local talents provide the entertainment, with various drag performances or stand up comedy shows. Monday is "Personality Disorder", with an actor delivering celebrity impersonations. Drag Queens take the stage on Tuesdays for the "The Lunacy Hour", and on Wednesdays for "Cattle call". Thursdays is twinks and beer night with all you can drink kegger for 10 bucks.
