This marathon set was recorded live at the legendary Twilo nightclub on 27th Street in Manhattan’s warehouse district. The venue (with resident DJs Junior Vasquez, Danny Tenaglia, Sasha and Digweed) was also home to the original Sound Factory, where residents Junior Vasquez and Frankie Knuckles played into the next day for throngs of dedicated fans each weekendThe set is representative of Junior’s style during the era of big-room floorfillers, with the late-morning hours showcasing Junior’s unique sound for “his crowd”, the fans that stuck it out till the lights came up.
There are five DATS, one will be released each day this week, each set is two to three hours long. Come by tomorrow for the next installment, from Junior with love.
